Listed prices are intended per person per day. During the winter season, we accept bookings for Ski Weeks running from Saturday to Saturday.

Included in the price of the room in Canazei:

• Prices are per person/day in Half Board treatment
• Welcome and family hospitality
• Rich breakfast to start the day at best
• Half board “Menu of your choice” with 3 courses in a perfect mix of international, national creative and Mediterranean specialties.
• Gourmet candlelight dinner with local specialties usually on Wednesdays
• The wellness centre is free, on request and offers a Sauna, Turkish bath and Idro with panoramic views.
• Free WiFi .
• Val di Fassa Card delivered on arrival at the hotel
• Ask us the voucher to get the 10% off for QC Terme Dolomiti center.
• 2 p.m. for the start of check-in.

TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE: Visitor’s tax of 1,50 € per person and per day will be levied on all stays in accommodation establishments. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from this fee.

If you book in summer, you can claim 1 excursion with expert guide free.(included in the price, minimun stay 7 nights)

CHILDREN- (discount valid for children sleeping in 3rd and 4th bed together with 2 adults)

• From 0 to 2 year old Euro 20 a day
• From 3 to 5 years old discount 50%
• From 6 to 8 years old discount 30%
• From 9 to 12 years old discount 20%

ADDITIONAL BEDS – Above 13 years old:

• 3rd bed discount 10%
• 4th bed discount 20%

SUPPLEMENTS: Double room used as single room: € 25 per day in low season and € 45 in high season.

WELLNESS: The service Aurora Wellness Center is free for guest. A small laundry fee is asked for extra towels (€ 1,00) and for robes (€ 5,00)

PETS: not admitted.

BOOKING CONDITIONS: We are happy that you wish to spend your vacation in our hotel! After we receive your written confirmation and again a confirmation from us, to make reservation final it is necessary to deposit an amount of the value of 30% of the booking . The transfer can be made with a deposit to the following bank:

As Cause of payment please indicate Deposit for Hotel Aurora , your last name and period booked. The booking of your room will become definitive when we receive deposit. Please send details of payment to [email protected]

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund of deposit will be made if booking is cancelled within 21 days of scheduled arrival date. No refunds for late arrivals and early departures. In the case of postponed arrivals and early departures room will be charged deducting price of meals not consumed.

BOOKING/CANCELLATION OF GROUPS: To confirm the booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total of the booked services will be required. The contact person of the group is responsible for sending the final list of guests as soon as possible and in any case no less than 15 days before arrival together with the balance of the group itself, unless otherwise agreed with the group leader or agency. Any cancellations must be received in writing via email. Canceled bookings will be subject to penalties as follows: Low season:

• no penalty will be applied up to 60 days before the arrival date
• from 59 to 30 days before arrival the 30% deposit will be retained
• from 29 days to 10 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained and an additional penalty equal to 50% of the entire booked stay will be applied
• from 7 to 0 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged

High season:

• no penalty will be applied up to 90 days before the arrival date
• from 89 to 60 days before arrival the 30% deposit will be retained
• from 59 days to 11 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained and an additional penalty equal to 50% of the entire booked stay will be applied
• from 10 to 0 days before the arrival date, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire booked stay will be charged

In the event of a "no show" or early departure, a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay will be charged for each person that cancels. Early departures will be charged for the entire booked stay. The confirmation of the reservation implies the acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms.
